Cancer is difficult to deal with all alone. For this reason, we take a team approach to caring for our patients. It is our goal to provide the most innovative, comprehensive and personalized cancer treatment options along with high-quality and compassionate patient care.
Our highly-trained, multilingual team is made up of board-certified radiation oncologists, radiation physicist, radiation therapists and patient care coordinators.
We review all patient charts and assess patients’ various needs, ensuring that both clinical and supportive care are provided accordingly. In addition, we work closely with referring physicians to keep them informed of their patient’s condition and progress. Our entire staff is committed to the needs of our patients and we strive to make their treatment experience as comfortable as possible.
Dear Paula: Your group is so courteous, with greetings and smiles. All which play a vital role with each patient. Hope and confidence is instilled with their demeanor. A daily resolve comes with each treatment. All accomplished with the professionalism of your staff.
Thank you for taking good care of me during the course of my treatment. Many thanks!
Dr. Mak, Dr. Grace and Staff: This is a small token of our appreciation for the wonderful way you made us feel while going through the treatment. We thank God for putting us in your hands.
Dear Dr. Mak: I have observed that you and your staff have conveyed professional, kind & courteous ways to me and other patients. Whatever you have done to foster such pleasant attitude is unusual enough to be noted special. My 30-day visits led me to be amazed at the helpful spirit shown by your staff to your patients. Thank you for a lovely experience to add to my 83 years of observing life. With much appreciation!
Dr. Mak put me at ease and answered all my questions. He even took time to show me on the computer visuals of area that the radiation covered. Now that 33 treatments are completed, I am planning my next project. Thank you to Erika, John and all the staff at the clinic. I have new friends now.
