Dr. Mak, Dr. Grace & Staff:
This is a small token of our appreciation, for the wonderful way you made us feel, while going through the treatment.
We thank God for putting us in your hands.
A. & L.
Just a small “thank you” for the sweet way you all treat your patients. When we come in, we are filled with fear, sadness, and perhaps loneliness. Your kind greetings, smiles and encouragement mean a great deal to all. Thank you on behalf of all patients.
Dear Dr. Mak:
Although I’ve not met you, I have met the staff in Radiation Oncology.
Dr. Grace, Edith, Carol & Erika have all conveyed professional, kind & courteous ways to me and others I’ve observed passing thru your doors. Whatever you’ve done to foster such pleasant attitude is unusual enough to be noted special.
My short (30 days) visits led me to be amazed at the helpful spirit shown to all patients. Thank you for a lovely experience to add to my 83 years of observing life.
With much appreciation!
Your group is so courteous, with greetings and smiles. All which play a vital role with each patient. Hope and confidence is instilled with their demeanor. A daily resolve comes with each treatment. All accomplished with the professionalism of Erika, Elena, Edith and you.
To paraphrase Omar Khayyam:
“How time is slipping underneath our feet;
Unborn tomorrow, and dead yesterday;
Why fret about them if today be sweet!”
Happy that it is over, and hoping for the best.
To Everyone at Dr. Mak’s Office:
Although I have not been the one to experience treatment everyday, I have experienced your concern and kindness, and total dedication you extend to all your patients. When Amy is cured of this awful disease and the pain and discomfort is a distant memory, your smiling faces will be what we remember with great gratitude and respect.
With love and thanks!
